Our vision of “Liberation of technology” means to change the world by delivering our unique and cutting-edge technologies to a wide range of customers.
We strongly believe in the potential of IT and are in awe of the amazing speed at which it has changed and continues to change the world.
At the same time, we know that great technologies sometimes emerge in forms that are not readily available to the public. In order to enjoy the power of IT, someone has to bridge the gap between the ideal and the reality.
We are committed to bridging this gap in technology to continue to provide new value to our clients and contribute to the advancement of the world.

Origin of HENNGE
A company that changes the world by transforming itself in an era of change.
Henge” means that people, animals, or gods and Buddha appear differently from their original forms. It also means to change their appearance in various ways. In these turbulent times, we want to use ever-evolving technology as a tool for people to challenge (CHALLENGE) all kinds of change (HENNKA), and to enjoy such change without fear. As an IT company born in Japan, we want to excite the world. We named the company “HENNGE” as a symbol of our existence. HENNGE” has the meaning of “change” (HENGE), “change” (HENNKA), and “challenge” (CHALLENGE).
Origin of the logo
The logo is designed by superimposing the initial “H” of “HENNGE” and the image of the expansion of the big bang that causes change, with a circle in the center of the four circles and the logo fitting in the center of the circle. The logo expresses our determination and wish that from the center of the circle (Japan), we will aim for the world continent and create a connection with you (circle).

Introduction of the latest technology
We call ourselves a “technology-loving group,” and we have introduced many of the latest SaaS products to improve operational efficiency. We are also actively experimenting with cutting-edge tools, such as creating videos of financial results briefings featuring avatars of the president and vice presidents.

English is now the official language within the company
In 2016, we changed our official internal language to English, aiming to become a world-class IT company. Currently, about 20% of our members are from outside of Japan, allowing them to work in a global environment.

Studying hard
Many of our members are “Learnaholics” (love to learn), and study sessions on a variety of topics are voluntarily held within the company. We also provide extensive support for English study and certification acquisition, and the average TOEIC score within the company has increased by approximately 300 points since 2014.

Bottom-up
We emphasize a bottom-up culture, and promotions are based on a self-assessment system, and we also have a “reverse assignment system” in which new graduates can apply for the department of their choice on their own. The “Inspire Festival,” a new business pitch event open to all, has also been ongoing since 2018.

To promote autonomous work styles, we are focusing on work style reforms such as telework and free-address systems. We also maintain a high rate of maternity and paternity leave.

Diverse Communication
Coffee time,” in which members voluntarily bring their own coffee and serve it during breaks, and “communication lunches,” in which members order catering from the office and interact across departments, are held on a regular basis. We also hold events such as Tanabata, Halloween, and Chinese New Year.

Monthly Technical Session
Once a month, various members of the development team, mainly engineers, gather for a study session to discuss technical topics of their interest. We exchange information about the latest technologies, experiences in participating projects, and certifications we are studying for, etc. In 2022, we will celebrate the 100th session. Based on President Ogura’s rule of thumb that “many excellent engineers like Dr. Pepper,” the world’s only vending machine with a Dr. Pepper design was installed in the company. You can drink as much Dr. Pepper as you want.
