HENNGE K.K. and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “HENNGE”), promote business operations under the management philosophy of “Liberation of Technology.” We believe that as the benefits of cutting-edge technologies become more widespread, society will move toward a future where more people, regardless of their geographical location, age, gender, race, or ethnicity, can engage in more creative activities.
In pursuit of this philosophy, we uphold the principles of diversity and inclusion as we conduct business activities in diverse environments to foster a broad range of changes within ourselves.
Recognizing that respect for human rights is essential to realizing the liberation of technology, we hereby establish our “Human Rights Policy.”
This policy applies to all HENNGE officers and employees. Furthermore, to implement this policy, the cooperation of all parties whose business activities, products, or services may be directly related to HENNGE’s operations is necessary. Therefore, we expect all relevant stakeholders to understand and support this policy.
[Our Basic Policy]
To fulfill our responsibility as a company that respects human rights, HENNGE is committed to ensuring that we do not infringe upon the human rights of those affected by our business operations.
