Overview
The Corona Disaster has led to an increase in the number of companies engaging in telework. Although some companies are still reverting back to the work-at-home approach, telework is spreading as one of the options for working.
Under such circumstances, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government held the “TOKYO Telework Award” to promote the establishment and penetration of telework. As a result, Semba Corporation won the grand prize in the large company category. Ltd. won the grand prize in the small and medium-sized company category. One of the tools that contributed to telework in common was HENNGE One.
In this webinar, the parties who promoted DX at the two companies will share their findings, followed by a panel discussion. The webinar will be a useful reference for those who are considering new ways of working, as many people and companies are searching for their best practices.

Aiming to be the No. 1 company in the industry for job satisfaction, Semba has introduced telework as a system to support diverse work styles. Within the interior decoration industry, a legacy industry characterized by outdoor work, we prepared for the introduction of this system at a very early stage and our employees have been actively involved in the program.
This presentation will discuss the efforts that led to this grand award, both in terms of the HR system and the system.

Showcase received the “TOKYO Telework Award” from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government for its “realization of teleworking that does not differ from the workplace. Mr. Nagata, President & CEO, will introduce the “sustainable new way of working” that has led to business model innovations such as the establishment of a telework system, online sales activities, transition to virtual shareholder meetings, and full remote hiring nationwide.
