Overview
In the manufacturing industry, constant improvement activities in the manufacturing process are taking place.
Since last year, due in part to the Corona disaster, an increasing number of companies have been consciously engaging in company-wide improvement activities, not only in their manufacturing departments. How to visualize problems, share information about them, and link them to improvements is becoming increasingly important to eliminate unnecessary work and focus on operations that produce added value. The use of IT tools is one of the best solutions for how to improve operations.
In this webinar, Mr. Kimura, President of Asahi Tekko, who fully utilized IT to reduce annual labor costs from 3.1 billion yen to 2.7 billion yen and strengthen competitiveness in the automobile manufacturing industry, is invited as a lecturer. He will talk about the secret of IT-driven improvement of the shop floor and connecting the data to accounting and sales activities.
