Overview
With changes in the business environment and the spread of new viruses, not only the business itself and the way we work, but also the challenges and expected roles of management/leaders are changing dramatically. What should the future of leadership be?
Recently, attention is focusing on supportive and servant leadership that respects individuals and draws out their abilities to the fullest, rather than the domineering and superior management styles of the past. This is a way of leadership that encourages the achievement of organizational goals and growth through cooperation with diverse individuals and affirmation of their abilities.
This seminar will focus on the management and leadership styles that are required now and in the future. We will discuss the key factors of leadership by inviting high-profile leaders from various industries who continue to take on new challenges, based on their own experiences and practical examples.
