Overview
Microsoft Teams is the world’s most popular chat and collaboration tool. It is multifunctional and offers flexible security settings to suit the company using it. It is also a platform that evolves daily with frequent enhancements.
However, due to such features, we hear many people say, “We are not using it well at our company,” or “We want to do more things with it, but we don’t know how to set it up.
This seminar is the second installment of the Teams Utilization Seminar held in March 2022, which ended with a favorable reception.
The theme this time is “File Sharing”.
First, an overview of [Teams] and its utilization points will be introduced, followed by an explanation of the utilization points of the [File] tab (file sharing function) in [Channels].
The “File” tab in Teams is effective in one of these cases. In addition, the use of SharePoint and appropriate security settings are closely related to “file sharing” in Teams. In this session, we will also introduce an example of SharePoint file sharing.
There will be plenty of time for questions and answers from the audience.

Mr. Fumio Mizobata, President, Majestor
When he was involved in firmware development using C language and assembler on Windows 3.1, he encountered many cases that led to bad publicity due to a lack of correct understanding of Microsoft applications and OS functions. Since then, he has been working in different technical fields. Since then, he has changed his technical field and his position from employee to manager, while providing training and consulting on Microsoft products and technologies for nearly a quarter of a century. Currently, as a “consultant who does implementation”, he provides support for the implementation and utilization of Microsoft 365, with a focus on Microsoft Teams. He has been a Microsoft MVP since January 2004.
