[Special Event] Solving Workplace Issues with Karuta! Problem Solving Workshop with Amane Sawatari

Overview

The Corona Disaster has come and gone, and the state of work attendance has returned from remote to physical offices.
In addition to the ongoing major changes in communication styles, the differences in values between generations, and the confusion of new communication styles such as 1-on-1, problems in the workplace are increasing, but not decreasing.

We are pleased to invite Mr. Amane Sawatari, famous for his many books such as “Shokuba no Mondai Chizu” and “Shigoto Gokko” to hold a workshop on “Shokuba no Mondai Karuta” (Problems in the Workplace).

The workshop will organize the problems in the workplace that everyone is thinking about, but can’t easily express in words, into cards from “A” to “N.” The cards are as follows.
By “verbalizing” the problems like a game, you will be able to find solutions to problems that are difficult to express your true feelings (……).
Why don’t you solve problems in your workplace by discussing them with “the staff member next to you” through playing karuta?
