Mr. Kenji Tomooka

Mr. Tomooka joined Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. He was stationed in Germany, the U.K. and the U.S. for a total of 12 years. After serving as General Manager of the Business Information System Department of Fast Retailing Co. He has been consistently engaged in IT development to support the globalization of Japanese companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Waseda University.

Founded an IT solution provider and became President and Representative Director. Achieved profitability from the first year and maintained double-digit growth during his term (concurrently serving as Executive Officer of Tokyu Hands).

Mr. Shigeo Kitara

Mr. Shigeo Kitara has worked in the IT departments of foreign companies for over 20 years, including P&G and Philip Morris, before serving as CIO of the Nissin Foods Group for eight years from 2013,
He became independent in 2021, and is mainly engaged in supporting corporate IT strategies and major projects, as well as organizational development and human resource development. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Information Processing Society of Japan.
