At Asahi Tekko, a generative AI, affectionately named “AI Kimutetsu,” analyzes operations every morning based on the CEO’s learned thinking. It automatically posts suggestions on Slack—such as “which process needs improvement next”—allowing on-site employees to take immediate action and complete the improvements within the same day.
