An integral component of HENNGE One product suites, Cybersecurity Edition provides a comprehensive solution for strengthening corporate cybersecurity by tackling the increasing security risks associated with cloud services usage.

Learn how HENNGE One Cybersecurity Edition protects organizations from increasingly sophisticated digital attacks while enabling the creation of a more secure IT environment.

In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, cybersecurity has grown increasingly complex and vulnerable to sophisticated cyber threats, particularly with the rise of artificial intelligence. As more businesses move their operations to the cloud, safeguarding data from hackers, cyber threats, and unauthorized access should be an ongoing priority rather than a reactive measure following a breach.

With HENNGE One Cybersecurity Edition, customers can expect next-level protection and compliance for their cloud email. Cybersecurity Edition automatically identifies and quarantines suspicious emails and files immediately upon detection, preventing them from slipping through standard security protocols. It supports both outbound and inbound emails and integrates with major cloud email services such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Cybersecurity Edition: Layered Defense for Cloud Services

Cybersecurity Edition builds a multi-layered defense system to protect businesses utilizing cloud services from digital threats. It is well-suited for organizations aiming to minimize the risks of information leakage and cyberattacks, enhance employee security awareness, and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. Cybersecurity Edition has two core features: HENNGE Cloud Protection and Tadrill.

HENNGE Cloud Protection

HENNGE Cloud Protection is a proprietary cloud security solution that works seamlessly with Microsoft 365 email. HENNGE Cloud Protection provides anti-cyberattack solutions by preventing unauthorized access and information leakage on cloud services. It automatically scans Exchange Online items—including emails, calendar appointments, and contacts—and protects against viruses, Trojan horses, ransomware, and other advanced malware. It also supports malware detection for SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. HENNGE Cloud Protection quarantines messages that contain malicious content, and a sandbox environment thoroughly analyzes suspicious files, allowing for safe detection of harmful behavior.

HENNGE Cloud Protection performs real-time scans of information on Microsoft 365 to assess the safety reputation of the URLs embedded in the content. When a linked URL is identified as malicious, the system quarantines or deletes the associated items or deactivates the URL. The Compromised Account Detection feature tracks user email addresses against external sources and promptly alerts users if a compromised account is publicly accessible. It also provides insights into the severity levels of the breach and the possibility of further exploitation based on the type of compromised data. Once a compromised account is detected, users are advised to take preventive measures to minimize damage, such as verifying their identity and changing their passwords.

HENNGE Cloud Protection features API integration, which allows for immediate implementation without disrupting email delivery in the event of a service failure. This API-connected system enables the scanning of both incoming and outgoing emails within the organization.

To further enhance organizational security, Cybersecurity Edition also offers specialized training in targeted email attack countermeasures known as Tadrill. It involves sending simulated phishing emails to employees to help raise their awareness of cyberattack risks.

Tadrill: Simulated Phishing Training

“Tadrill is designed to train individuals to recognize and avoid email threats by sending various types of emails, such as phishing and malware threats. Administrators can create training programs and send test emails in a way that employees are not aware they’re being trained to recognize these threats,” explains Billy Ho of the Cloud Product Development Division. “Additionally, administrators can track and analyze detailed statistics to see how well employees are handling these simulated attacks.” Tadrill also includes an incident reporting system, which makes it easy for users to quickly report suspicious emails to the IT staff.

“Cybersecurity Edition emphasizes ‘people’ and ‘processes,’ setting it apart from other similar products. In addition to implementing cutting-edge security measures, it boosts employees’ security awareness through ongoing training with Tadrill, ultimately enhancing the overall security level of the entire organization,” says Minako Inagaki of the Product Planning & Research Division, Product Marketing Management Section.

Reliable and Secure Cloud-Based Email Solutions

In addition to HENNGE One suite, HENNGE also offers Customers Mail Cloud (CMC), which enables clients to achieve high email delivery rates without the hassle of managing their own servers. A wide range of industries, from finance to government agencies and large corporations, trust HENNGE’s cloud-based email delivery service for effortless and reliable email sending, whether for bulk messages or mass notifications.

CMC implements corporate SMTP servers, allowing clients more control over their email infrastructures and customizable email delivery platforms to meet their particular needs. CMC enables users to create a DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) signature, an email authentication method that acts like a digital fingerprint, which helps protect against email spoofing and phishing attacks. DKIM ensures the integrity of email content by verifying that it has not been altered during transmission and originates from the intended sender.

Customers Mail Cloud also supports Transport Security Layer (TLS), a security protocol that uses powerful encryption—or converting information into a secret code—to protect data sent between the server and the end-user from unauthorized access. TLS ensures that communication between two channels, such as the user’s browser and the directory server, as well as other platforms using TLS, remains secure and private.
