HENNGE's SaaS authentication platform (IDaaS) HENNGE One now supports single sign-on for WAN-Sign, an electronic signature/electronic contract/contract management service that eliminates the need for seals2020.11.25

HENNGE K.K. (Shibuya, Tokyo, President and CEO: Kazuhiro Ogura) is pleased to announce that the WAN-Sign, an electronic contract service provided by Wanbishi Archives Co., Ltd. (President: Fumihiko Sakuma), a leading company in information asset management and a subsidiary of Nippon Express Co. (President and CEO: Mitsuru Saito) is now supported by SaaS authentication platform (IDaaS), HENNGE One.

WAN-Sign is a unique electronic contract and contract management solution that provides not only centralized management of contracts concluded electronically, but also management, storage and digitization of the original written contracts within a single service. By digitizing the written contracts registered in the WAN-Sign system, the contents of the written contracts can be checked in the WAN-Sign system, making it unnecessary to go to the office to check the contents of the written contracts and promoting paperless contracting.

Thanks to this cooperation between HENNGE One and WAN-Sign, users can now log in to WAN-Sign without any need to manage or enter a separate ID or password. Using the HENNGE One authentication platform also enables precise access restrictions for WAN-Sign, which increases safety. In addition, contract procedures can be safely completed without delay even from a remote location, which helps promote telecommuting.

They also take advantage of the know-how they have built up over the years in relation to information-asset management as well as contract-management and digitization work to help customers with overall contract management.
