Kawai Musical Instruments Mfg. adopts HENNGE One to introduce email archives enabling secure access control and long-term storage, thereby switching to cloud-based email2021.01.22
HENNGE K.K. (Shibuya, Tokyo, President and CEO: Kazuhiro Ogura) is pleased to announce that Kawai Musical Instruments Mfg. Co., Ltd. (Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Chairman, President, and CEO: Hirotaka Kawai) has introduced the SaaS authentication platform (IDaaS) HENNGE One to implement cloud-service access control and email archives.
To switch to cloud-based email, Kawai Musical Instruments Mfg. needed to introduce email archives enabling access control equivalent to on-premises control as well as long-term storage. The company decided to adopt HENNGE One because it has functions that satisfy all of these requirements and is expected to reduce costs by unifying the necessary services. In the future, HENNGE One will also be used to help prevent email sending mistakes and control the devices of employees sent overseas.
HENNGE will provide support to the utilization of cloud services continuously through the introduction of HENNGE One and other services.
