We are pleased to present a case study of GUNZE LIMITED, which has implemented HENNGE One.
Gunze, which has been using the Notes/Domino integrated information system since the 1990s, undertook a four-year project starting in 2017 to fully migrate to the new system. The information sharing, document management, and e-mail systems were adapted to the cloud, and HENNGE One was introduced as the foundation for their integration.
In the past, there were issues such as “heavy communication load,” “difficulty in using the system from smartphones and mobile devices,” and “limited capacity for email attachments,” but the migration to the cloud and introduction of HENNGE One resolved these issues. However, by migrating to the cloud and introducing HENNGE One, the issues were resolved. Security and convenience were improved by realizing “secure mobile use,” “large file transmission and archiving,” and “e-mail backup and security management,” and business efficiency was also greatly improved.
