Beppu City Introduces "SumaMachi", HENNGE Two-way Communication Tool Connecting Municipalities and Residents2021.12.13
HENNGE K.K. (headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo, Representative Director, Chief Executive Officer: Kazuhiro Ogura, "HENNGE") is pleased to announce that "SumaMachi", which is a solution of HENNGE to realize smooth two-way communication connecting municipalities and residents, is introduced by Beppu City of Oita Prefecture, Japan.
Since December 13 Monday, 2021, SumaMachi has been fully operating at public nursery schools of Beppu City and parents and caregivers are able to communicate children's late attendance or absence online.
Also, SumaMachi provides a questionnaire function enabling real-time summing-up of answers from parents and caregivers, eliminates the printing of documents since necessary information from nursery schools is distributed electronically, thus contributes to reducing clerical work of teachers and staff.
In February 2020, HENNGE and Beppu City executed the "Comprehensive Collaboration Agreement Regarding Promotion of Beppu Tourism Valley Project" and various measures are being implemented thereunder.
