HENNGE Goes Green by Procuring 100% of its Power Consumed at Head Office from Renewable Energy Resources2022.02.08
HENNGE K.K. (headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo, Representative Director, Chief Executive Officer: Kazuhiro Ogura, "HENNGE") is pleased to announce that it has switched all its power used at its Tokyo head office (Daiwa Shibuya Square, 4F, 5F, and 11F) to green power, which is generated from 100% renewable energy resources by purchasing the Green Power Certificate.
HENNGE was able to go green by purchasing the Green Power Certificate issued by GREENa Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo, URL： https://www.energygreen.co.jp/). The total power consumed by HENNGE head office (300,000 kWh) will be supplied by green power which is generated by biomass; thus, HENNGE promotes the utilization of renewable energy and contributes to reducing the greenhouse effect and global environmental load.
HENNGE will continue to promote renewable energy and pursue environmentally friendly activities.

Green power is electricity produced from natural and renewable energy resources, such as solar, wind, biomass, hydroelectric, geothermal, and so on.
