(headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo, Representative Director, Chief Executive Officer: Kazuhiro Ogura, “HENNGE”) is pleased to announced that, as part of Japan’s largest advertising award organized by “Sendenkaigi Co., Ltd.” - “The 60th SENDENKAIGI Award” (application period: September 1 - November 1, 2022, announcement: March 2023), the company has chosen “Be The Odd One Out, The One Who Can’t Be Replaced” as the tagline to convey HENNGE’s appeal and encourage people to work with us.

HENNGE One, the cloud security service by HENNGE that supports both the “safety” and “convenience” of the working environment, occupies high market share and features a stable business model with low churn rate. Additionally, the company has a free corporate culture that encourages “change” and “challenge”. With foreign nationals accounting for 20% of the total work force, the company’s strength also lies in its diverse culture. However, being a BtoB business, HENNGE faces the issue of low awareness from potential recruiting candidates and those outside of IT fields.

Therefore, this time, in cooperation with “The 60th SENDENKAIGI Award”, to convey HENNGE’s appeal to a mass audience, after careful internal screening, the tagline “Be The Odd One Out, The One Who Can’t Be Replaced” by Ms. Naoko Kamijo was selected as the winner of the sponsor’s award.

HENNGE will be using Ms. Kamijo’s works for various promotion and recruitment activities in the future.

Thank you very much for the sponsorship award. Despite HENNGE being an impressive company name, it was very difficult to come up with an appealing point. Even after looking at the company website, the information I read did not “change” into a good idea. When I heard the great news that I had won the awards, the time I spent struggling to come up with an idea has now “changed” into a good memory. I hope that this copy will bring even just a little “change” to someone.
