HENNGE will exhibit at EDIX Tokyo, Japan’s largest exhibition in the education field, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight.
In recent years, school corporations and boards of education have been introducing cloud services, and security measures have become essential. School corporations are increasingly discontinuing PPAP (a method of sending a ZIP file with password and password separately by e-mail) due to its high security risk, and are switching to alternative methods. In addition, as indicated in the information security guidelines partially revised by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2022, boards of education are required to manage IDs/passwords for students, control terminals for “take-home terminals” used outside of school, and take measures against zero trust. In addition, in March 2023, a new “School DX” has been proposed to improve the ease of work for teachers and staff and to upgrade educational activities.
So, what measures should be taken in actual educational settings?
At the HENNGE booth, we will introduce “HENNGE One for Education,” a cloud security system that collectively realizes measures such as de-PPAP support, e-mail misdirection countermeasures, cloud access control, ID/password integration, and the creation of a secure telework environment for teachers and staff. In the newly established “Education DX Area,” we will introduce security solutions that support DX.
