HENNGE Adds Ricoh's Cloud Platform “EMPOWERING DIGITAL WORKPLACES Platform” to the Linkage Solution of HENNGE One 2023.07.13

HENNGE K.K. (headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo, Representative Director, Chief Executive Officer: Kazuhiro Ogura, “HENNGE”) is pleased to announce that its cloud security service which supports the safety and convenience of working environments, “HENNGE One”, is now supports multiple services (*1) of “EMPOWERING DIGITAL WORKPLACES Platform” (EDW), a cloud platform provided by Ricoh Company, Ltd.

In recent years, the introduction of various SaaS services has been spreading in companies as they promote digitalization and hybrid work styles. Cloud storage services are currently attracting a lot of attention as more and more documents and faxes are being checked from outside the office for remote work and other purposes. In addition, SaaS is being used to link multiple services, such as digitizing business card information and using it in conjunction with customer and case management.
While the need for SaaS services that promote flexible work styles is rapidly increasing, many companies are facing the problem of managing IDs/passwords, which are becoming increasingly complex as the number of SaaS services they use increases.

By adding EDW to the linkage solutions of HENNGE One, companies utilizing HENNGE One can use applications that function on EDW, such as “RICOH Kantan Storage Utilization Series” and “RICOH Kantan Business Card Digitization Application for PHONE APPLI PEOPLE”, simply by logging into HENNGE One. By enabling single sign-on to multiple SaaS, users are freed from cumbersome ID and password management. Not only that, access control functions based on multi-factor authentication, such as IP restrictions and device certificates, allow users to use each application on EDW with peace of mind while preventing the risk of unauthorized access.

HENNGE will continue to increase the number of SaaS that are linked with HENNGE One to support the convenient and secured adoption of SaaS for companies.
