HENNGE Adds Cloud-based Reception System “RECEPTIONIST” to the Linkage Solution of HENNGE One 2023.08.29

(headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo, Representative Director, Chief Executive Officer: Kazuhiro Ogura, “HENNGE”) is pleased to announce that its cloud security service which supports the safety and convenience of working environments, “HENNGE One”, is now supports “RECEPTIONIST”, a cloud reception system provided by RECEPTIONIST Inc.
With the development of technology in recent years, many companies are digitizing and streamlining their back-office operations. Among these, receptionist operations are a common task, and SaaS is being utilized to facilitate DX. In particular, after 2020, the demand for automatic reception systems has spread rapidly due to measures against the new Coronavirus and the labor-saving in offices due to the new normal work style.
By adding RECEPTIONIST to the linkage solutions of HENNGE One, companies utilizing HENNGE One benefit from single sign-on to RECEPTIONIST without the hassle of managing multiple IDs and passwords. Along with that, users are able to utilize RECEPTIONIST safely while preventing the risk of unauthorized access through HENNGE One’s access control features based on multi-factor authentication such as IP Control and device certificate.
This collaboration was made possible through RECEPTIONIST’s participation in the “HENNGE One Product Alliance Program”, operated by HENNGE, based on mutual verification.
HENNGE will continue to increase the number of SaaS that are linked with HENNGE One to support the convenient and secured adoption of SaaS for companies.
