HENNGE Adds “OPTiM Contract” and “OPTiM denshichobohozon” to the Linkage Solution of HENNGE One2024.01.18

(headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo, Representative Director, Chief Executive Officer: Kazuhiro Ogura) is pleased to announce that its cloud security service "HENNGE One," which advances the safety and convenience of working environments, now supports “OPTiM Contract,” a contract management service, and “OPTiM denshichobohozon,” a document management service, both utilizing AI and provided by OPTiM Corporation (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Shunji Sugaya).

In recent years, digitalization, including paperless offices and remote working, in the legal and accounting fields has been progressing as part of work system reform. In January 2024, the revised Act on Book and Record Keeping through Electronic Methods (the Electronic Bookkeeping Law) became fully enforced, making electronic data storage mandatory for electronic transactions. Many companies face the challenge of storing various national tax-related documents, such as contracts, invoices, and receipts, as electronic data in a way that complies with the law and manages them efficiently.

HENNGE One is integrated with OPTiM Contract and OPTiM denshichobohozon to enable the companies employing HENNGE One to use a single sign-on to OPTiM Contract and OPTiM denshichobohozon. They no longer have to manage complicated multiple IDs and passwords. Furthermore, HENNGE One's access control features, such as IP Control and multi-factor authentication like device certificate, contribute to safer usage of OPTiM Contract and OPTiM denshichobohozon, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
