HENNGE K.K. (headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo, Representative Director, Chief Executive Officer: Kazuhiro Ogura) collaborates with CRAZY KITCHEN (headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, representative: Anri Tsuchiya), a subsidiary of Oisix ra daichi Inc. engaged in the custom-made catering business, to produce a unique HENNGE Bento that expresses realizing productivity improvement and "Eat unripe fruits, and make mistakes early," one of the values of HENNGE.

HENNGE has a culture of respect for making numerous internal challenges and failures. They are the source of the knowledge and experience for the best products for the customers. HENNGE Bento conveys the value and culture.

The Bento is available gratis only for participants of HENNGE Unveiled, HENNGE One's new product launch event, held on April 18, 2024, at TOKYO NODE HALL.

The Production Background
1. HENNGE One has a big update plan gradually from April 2024. The Bento is a way to impart the values and features of the product to the customers instinctively.
2. In July 2022, HENNGE and CRAZY KITCHEN co-produced SaaS Bento*, which expressed everyday things in the information systems departments and received such a favorable reputation that many expected the second version. The HENNGE Bento is the response to the anticipation, coinciding with the new product launch.

Full of nonstandard vegetables, usually discarded, and sustainable ingredients produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable method. Brain food, expected to boost brain power, is also featured because HENNGE develops services that improve workers' productivity.

Wild boars have turned into vermin due to environmental changes. Eating them, not just exterminating them, contributes to environmental protection and support for rural villages.

Fried alternative meat made of okara and konjac is preferable for the global environment and our health.

- grilled coho salmon of ASC-certified marinated with salt rice malt
ASC-certified farmed salmon in an environmentally and socially sustainable way is grilled soft and juicy.

- garlic shrimp of onshore aquacultured shrimp and broccoli
Shrimp grown in onshore aquaculture with low environmental burden and nutrient-rich broccoli add cheerful colors to the Bento.

- salty-sweet sautéed beet and nonstandard carrot
Nonstandard carrots in size and shape make nutritious kinpira, a traditional Japanese sauté, with beets regarded as a superfood.

- alternative mentaiko
Mentaiko-like paste made of konjac is free of animal, cholesterol, and purine.

Vitamin K in pumpkins, vitamin E and α-linolenic acid in walnuts are expected to improve circulation in body and brain health.

So-called superfood kale contains various nutrients effective in antioxidation and immune system enhancement.

Eggs are a good source of fat, which supports brain activity such as memory and information processing.

- koya-tofu
Koya-tofu is made from soybeans, which are rich in lecithin, expectedly to contribute to activating neurons and improving memory and cognition.

- pickled cherry tomato
Plentiful lycopene in tomatoes is a typical antioxidant, which is said to prevent the brain from aging.

CRAZY KITCHEN serves with a concept of "designing the entire meal time," evolving around its custom-made catering service, which designs space, ambience, and communication for an enjoyable meal. It has provided dishes in 800+ events, such as corporate brand launches and PR campaigns (as of August 2023).

In the autumn of 2019, it also introduced a unique catering service, Sustainable Collection, which exploits vermins and unused fish, often discarded before being released to markets, to address social issues related to foodstuffs across Japan.
