HENNGE Donates Relief Money for Noto Peninsula and Eastern Taiwan Earthquakes

HENNGE K.K. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuhiro Ogura) has donated 298,000 yen each to the Japanese Red Cross Society on April 17, 2024 as relief and contingency funds for the Noto Peninsula earthquake and the earthquake off the eastern coast of Taiwan that occurred this year.

This donation was made according to the number of applicants who attended HENNGE’s new product launch event “HENNGE Unveiled” held on April 18. An amount of 1,000 yen each per applicant was donated to the two areas that were severely affected by the disaster as a relief and monetary donation.

Donations will be used for relief activities and livelihood support in each area through the Japanese Red Cross Society’s “Noto Peninsula 2024 Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund” and “2024 Taiwan Eastern Offshore Earthquake Relief Fund”.

The entire amount of the “2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund” will be remitted to the Donation Distribution Committees established in the affected prefectures, and will be used to support the livelihood of people in the affected areas through the Donation Distribution Committees. The “2024 Taiwan Eastern Offshore Earthquake Relief Fund” will be used for relief and reconstruction activities and disaster prevention and mitigation projects conducted by the Taiwan Red Cross Society.

We would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to all those who are facing difficulties and wish for the earliest possible restoration of the disaster-stricken areas.
