HENNGE K.K. announces the addition of a new user provisioning function to HENNGE Access Control, the ID management function of HENNGE One, a cloud security service that supports the “safety” and “convenience” of the working environment, and that it will be available from July 23, 2024. This function is available from July 23, 2024.
This feature is available at no additional charge to customers who subscribe to HENNGE One Pro and HENNGE IdP Pro.
◾️About the HENNGE Access Control User Provisioning Feature
HENNGE Access Control is an ID management function of HENNGE One that unifies IDs/passwords through single sign-on and prevents unauthorized access through access control. It provides both convenience and security to companies using multiple cloud services.
The new user provisioning function enables synchronization of user information created by HENNGE Access Control with linked cloud services.
As the use of cloud services accelerates in the enterprise, the burden of account management operations is increasing as employees join and leave the company and are transferred. In addition, the complexity of account management has created new security risks, such as the omission of deleting accounts of retired employees and delays in changing access privileges due to transfers.
HENNGE Access Control’s user provisioning function allows user information created in HENNGE Access Control to be synchronized with linked cloud services, automating ID lifecycle management.
