TOYOTA AUTO BODY CO.,LTD. is a complete vehicle manufacturer that handles “from development to production” of Toyota vehicles. The company introduced HENNGE One to replace the e-mail audit system that it had used for many years. The new system improved the convenience of employees’ e-mail operations and strengthened e-mail security.
Compared to the previous email audit and approval process, HENNGE One has achieved a significant improvement in operational efficiency, and has also improved convenience and security through the elimination of PPAP. HENNGE Email Archive makes it easy and speedy to search email history, which was not possible with Microsoft 365 Exchange Online. In addition, the ability to send large files securely within each person’s account, without the need for prior application as in the past, has allowed us to focus on our core business and improve efficiency.
