We are pleased to present a case study of Bitkey Inc., a company that has introduced HENNGE One.
Bitkey Inc. develops and provides technology to “connect” all kinds of things with the aim of making people more free by connecting them. In the course of comprehensively mapping the security risks of our company, we focused on email security, which is the exchange of information with the outside world. HENNGE One was introduced to strengthen security related to e-mail transmission while maintaining business productivity.
After implementation, HENNGE Secure Download enabled the company to eliminate PPAP. Large files are now sent using HENNGE Secure Transfer, allowing for centralized management of the trail. The major achievement is that we were able to reduce the risk of uncontrollable email attachments, which amounted to several thousand per month, to almost zero without burdening the operation and the employee experience.
