HENNGE K.K. Kintone is a digital workplace platform that lets users manage their data, tasks, and communication in one central place. It is highly customizable to suit user demands across a range of functions, including customer relationship management, workflow management, asset management, human resources, approvals, operations, and more. In 93% of cases, Kintone was initially implemented by a department other than the IT department.

While overseas offices of Japanese companies are also adopting the service, some companies have faced challenges such as differing security levels between their headquarters and overseas offices.

In addition to the prior integration with the Japanese domestic version of Kintone, HENNGE One is now compatible with the global version of Kintone, which allows companies using HENNGE One to implement single sign-on to Kintone. Users no longer have to manage complicated multiple IDs and passwords and benefit from access control features with multi-factor authentication, reducing the risk of unauthorized access. The new integration enables users not only to use Kintone securely but also to achieve the same security level in both domestic and overseas offices.

The global version of Kintone is a cloud service that utilizes the AWS (Amazon Web Service) cloud service platform. It is widely available in North America, Southeast Asia, and Oceania, excluding Greater China. The version of Kintone available in Japan is a cloud service that utilizes Cybozu's in-house developed cloud service platform "cybozu.com."
