We are pleased to present a case study of EGAO Co., Ltd., a company that has implemented HENNGE One.
EGAO Co., Ltd., based in Kumamoto, Japan, offers a wide range of health food products that are well-known through TV and radio shopping. In order to cope with the increasing rejection of ZIP files by its business partners and to achieve PPAP-free operations, as well as to improve the convenience and security of its e-mail operations, including large file delivery and malware countermeasures, the company began to consider replacing its e-mail security service and implemented HENNGE One. HENNGE One was introduced.
HENNGE One was first introduced in the system department, and then rolled out to the entire company in stages. The transition was completed smoothly with the support of HENNGE’s onboarding team. Furthermore, HENNGE One’s intuitive UI and operability have allowed the system to be used smoothly with no major confusion within the company or among business partners. Both file storage management and malware detection have been achieved with a single product, not only reducing operation and management costs, but also eliminating concerns about e-mail security.
