This integration streamlines data management and license visualization through linked account information.
Dxeco centralizes the visualization and management of in-house SaaS contracts and user information. HENNGE One and dxeco have enhanced their collaboration, now offering not only single sign-on*, which was previously available, but also the integration of accounts and member master data.
Advantages of the integration
- Account management
Users can monitor the usage status of each HENNGE One user via dxeco, enabling them to identify and eliminate unnecessary licenses. Additionally, dxeco allows for the creation and deletion of HENNGE One user accounts. - Member master data synchronization
With HENNGE One as the master, user information can be synchronized to dxeco. If user information is deleted in HENNGE One (e.g., due to an employee resignation), it will be automatically deleted from dxeco. Similarly, when new user information is created in HENNGE One (e.g., upon hiring), the data will also be synchronized. - Device Verification
Dxeco enables users to verify whether each device has a HENNGE One device certificate and whether they are using a browser capable of accessing specific services. Additionally, upon a user’s retirement, Dxeco assists administrators in the certificate revocation process and blocks access to sensitive information.
HENNGE will expand the range of SaaS that integrates with HENNGE One to support companies’ convenient and secure adoption of SaaS.
