HENNGE Revamps User Community “chameleon,” Promoting Communication and Optimizing Information for Every Individual Customer

— Adopting the Global Customer Success Platform Gainsight: Integrating the Data Foundation to Support User Expansion and the Provision of Learning Features

(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Kazuhiro Ogura) is proud to announce the full-scale launch of its redesigned user community platform, “chameleon,” as of April 1, 2026. This update is designed to improve the information experience for users of the cloud security service “HENNGE One” by offering plentiful content. Beyond information delivery, the company plans to further increase value for its customers by expanding educational resources and integrating learning features.

The HENNGE One user base continues to expand annually. By FY2025, contracted users reached 2.8 million, up 305,000 year over year, while Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) surpassed 10 billion yen. Along with this growth, the chameleon community—launched in 2020—saw its most significant user surge in 2025, exceeding 2,000 members by 2026. These shifting dynamics have highlighted a growing need for personalized information and content tailored to individual users and their respective organizations.

To address these evolving requirements, HENNGE has decided to adopt a product from Gainsight, a leading US-based provider of global Customer-Led Growth platforms. This initiative involves refreshing the existing platform and implementing a new system to centralize and visualize customer data that was previously fragmented across multiple systems.

Elevating the Community Experience

HENNGE utilizes chameleon to capture authentic user input from the community, ensuring these insights are promptly integrated into product development and service enhancement. Even with the platform refresh, HENNGE remains steadfast in its dedication to a framework that fosters customer success.

Integrating Gainsight represents a strategic evolution beyond a simple site update, positioning chameleon to introduce features that significantly improve customer convenience.
By leveraging this new data foundation, HENNGE intends to analyze individual HENNGE One usage patterns to gain data-driven insights into user needs, enabling the delivery of tailored, timely information. Furthermore, the company is exploring the addition of educational tools to help customers develop essential expertise and skills.

The initial rollout will include the features listed below, with a broader initiative to provide fully personalized value to all users scheduled for completion across FY2027.

  • Enhanced Self-Service via Integrated Search: Users can simultaneously browse community posts and help center articles through a new unified search tool. The inclusion of filtering capabilities ensures customers can pinpoint relevant documentation faster and with greater precision.
  • Knowledge Assetization through the Best Answer System: To foster an autonomous support ecosystem, chameleon has introduced a system that highlights the most effective community replies. This ensures that verified user expertise is preserved as a valuable asset to speed up resolution for others.
  • Topic-Specific Rooms for Focused Discussion: The platform now features a segmented structure of dedicated rooms. This noise-free environment allows users to engage in deep, specialized dialogue regarding technical hurdles and operational best practices.
  • Centralized Learning and Event Resources: By consolidating information on upcoming events and maintaining an archive of past sessions, chameleon offers a comprehensive resource for continuous skill acquisition and information gathering.

While the new platform is now fully operational, HENNGE has already begun sending migration instructions to existing chameleon users starting in early March 2026.
