HENNGE Adds Online Manual Service "COCOMITE" to the Linkage Solution of HENNGE One 2023.09.20

HENNGE K.K. (headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo, Representative Director, Chief Executive Officer: Kazuhiro Ogura, “HENNGE”) is pleased to announce that its cloud security service which supports the safety and convenience of working environments, “HENNGE One”, is now supports “COCOMITE”, an online manual service provided by Konica Minolta Japan, Inc.

In recent years, as the working population continues to decline, many companies are facing challenges such as manpower shortage and productivity improvement. In the past, on-the-job training (OJT), which tended to increase training man-hours, has been the main method of employee training and education, but recently, with the spread of telework, the need for online manuals that enable easy and smooth sharing of knowledge with fewer people and man-hours is rapidly increasing.

By adding COCOMITE to the linkage solutions of HENNGE One, companies utilizing HENNGE One benefit from single sign-on to COCOMITE without the hassle of managing multiple IDs and passwords. Along with that, users are able to utilize COCOMITE safely while preventing the risk of unauthorized access through HENNGE One’s access control features based on multi-factor authentication such as IP Control and device certificate.

This collaboration was made possible through Konica Minolta Japan’s participation in the “HENNGE One Product Alliance Program”, operated by HENNGE, based on mutual verification.

HENNGE will continue to increase the number of SaaS that are linked with HENNGE One to support the convenient and secured adoption of SaaS for companies.
