HENNGE K.K. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Kazuhiro Ogura) announces that, effective October 1, 2026, it has increased the bonus incentive for in-person communication to ¥5,000 per day. Following a previous increase from ¥2,000 to ¥4,000 per day in October 2025, this latest revision aims to further accelerate collaboration across the company. Additionally, the monthly allowance for new graduates hired for general/non-specialized roles (*1) has been increased from ¥80,000 to ¥100,000.
Launched in October 2023 with an initial rate of ¥1,000 per day, this initiative aims to promote communication and collaboration among employees and teams. In addition to office attendance, it applies to external in-person communication, such as customer visits and event operations. While paid twice a year as a bonus for standard employees, it is provided to new graduates in general/non-specialized roles as a fixed monthly allowance.
