HENNGE Launches DMARC Report Analysis Service, “Customers Mail Cloud Domain Protection”

— Providing Total Support for Email Spoofing Countermeasures and Safe DMARC Policy Elevation, with 45 Pre-installations Achieved

HENNGE K.K. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Kazuhiro Ogura) is pleased to announce the official launch of “Customers Mail Cloud Domain Protection” (hereinafter “CMC Domain Protection”), a DMARC report analysis and visualization service that supports the implementation and operation of DMARC email authentication. Since its preview availability, 45 companies have already adopted the service.

With the surge in phishing scams using spoofed emails, many organizations are accelerating their adoption of DMARC, a sender domain authentication protocol. Moreover, as major email providers tighten their sender guidelines, it has become essential to move beyond basic DMARC implementation and elevate DMARC policies to effectively eliminate spoofed emails. This is increasingly critical for BtoB and BtoC enterprises, as well as government agencies.

About CMC Domain Protection: Becoming an Independent Function and Further Specializing

Despite the growing importance of DMARC, many organizations struggle to achieve optimal operations due to challenges such as the extensive effort required to analyze DMARC reports, difficulty in identifying the email servers used for transmission, and concerns over the risk of email non-delivery caused by setting changes.

Therefore, to enable enterprises to operate DMARC policies safely and smoothly, HENNGE decided to officially launch CMC Domain Protection by separating and specializing the email security features of Customers Mail Cloud, a cloud-based email delivery service.

Key Features of CMC Domain Protection

Centered on the core concept of ‘transitioning from dedicated support to self-sufficiency,’ CMC Domain Protection provides an intuitive DMARC report visualization tool that empowers in-house administrators to smoothly manage DMARC policy operations.

1. Dedicated Support: Professional support for DMARC policy enforcement

Based on specialized know-how gained from supporting DMARC implementation for numerous clients, HENNGE’s dedicated engineers provide end-to-end support—from initial research and analysis of mail domains and senders, to correcting configuration errors, and applying reject or quarantine policies.
Users can prevent incidents of business email non-delivery and start safe DMARC operations.

2. Self-sufficiency: Intuitive DMARC report visualization & analysis tool

After completing the policy enforcement, users can operate DMARC independently using the intuitive dashboard.

  • Record Generation and Management: Easily generate and manage DMARC records across multiple organizational domains.
  • Automated Report Reception and Time-Series Visualization: Domain Protection automatically receives and stores massive volumes of reports sent by various email providers, providing clear visual graphs and weekly/daily data to show email authentication status.
  • Automated Identification of Spoofing / Forwarding: Instantly distinguishes between Legitimate Emails, Spoofed Emails, and Forwarded Emails via reverse DNS lookup of sender addresses, supporting rapid situational assessment.
Pre-installation Feedback

Since October 2025, 45 security-conscious organizations across diverse sectors—including financial institutions, government agencies, SaaS vendors, and HR service providers—have deployed CMC Domain Protection prior to its official release. Clients have praised the solution for dramatically reducing the operational burden of analyzing high-volume DMARC reports, while emphasizing that HENNGE’s dedicated technical support gave them full confidence to safely elevate their DMARC policies to ‘reject’ without risking legitimate email delivery.

Relationship with HENNGE Domain Protection

The DMARC operational expertise and service infrastructure of CMC Domain Protection will also be utilized in “HENNGE Domain Protection,” which is scheduled to be offered from October 2026 as part of HENNGE’s cloud security service lineup, “HENNGE One.”

About Customers Mail Cloud
Customers Mail Cloud is a highly specialized cloud-based email delivery service that achieves both advanced security requirements and reliable email delivery.
In recent years, with major providers like Google and Microsoft tightening sender guidelines and strengthening receiving restrictions, ensuring the reliable and timely delivery of critical transactional emails has become a major challenge for companies developing customer-facing services. Flexible adaptation to these guidelines is essential, particularly for sensitive emails like login notifications and transaction confirmations.
A wide range of organizations, including major financial institutions (banks, credit cards, insurance, securities), telecommunications carriers, and government agencies, rely on Customers Mail Cloud to ensure the reliable delivery of their critical emails.

HENNGE has previously provided both email delivery (SMTP relay) and DMARC report analysis/visualization functions as part of Customers Mail Cloud. With the official launch of CMC Domain Protection, it will now clearly position Domain Protection and the email delivery service, CMC Email Relay, as two distinct services, further specializing and expanding each to provide greater expertise.
